Terms of Service

1. The Service

This site and the Mori Scheduler Discord activity (the “Service”) are a free, private scheduling tool for members of the Memento Mori THE FINALS club, operated by the club’s administrators. By signing in or using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Access

Access requires a Discord account and club membership. You must also comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service. Club administrators may grant, refuse, or revoke membership and access at any time at their discretion. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Embark Studios or Discord.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated bulk access, no disrupting the Service, and no submitting unlawful or abusive content.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter (such as your availability). You grant us the right to store it and display it to other club members, which is the purpose of the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty; liability

The Service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law grants you.

6. Termination and changes

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these terms, at any time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. For accounts created on or after the effective date of revised terms, the revised terms apply immediately upon account creation. Accounts created before that date remain governed by the previous version of these terms for a period of thirty (30) days following the effective date of the revision; upon expiry of that period, the revised terms apply to all accounts. Continued use after a change means acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Netherlands — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The English version is the governing text.
